Job summary

Repsol is seeking a Manager, Development to advance utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage projects in the Western U.S. from identification through construction start. The role requires negotiating land rights, permits, and local agreements, plus coordinating with engineering and finance teams.

It is hybrid with Houston encouraged but not required, and travel ~50%. The ideal candidate has direct wind/solar development experience, strong project management, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years of energy project development experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Interest in renewable energy and field development.

Responsibilities

• Advance priority projects to construction-ready status with land rights, permits, and agreements.
• Coordinate with engineering and construction for design and tech choices.
• Represent Repsol with landowners and communities to support development.
• Create project budgets, schedules, and landowner databases for tracking.
• Support origination, finance, and interconnection activities as needed.
