Job summary

Repsol is seeking a Manager, Development to drive the development of utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage projects in the U.S. from the project identification stage through start of construction. The specific geographic focus will be assigned based on the candidate’s experience and company needs.

This is a hybrid position with emphasis on Houston, and regular travel to project sites is expected. The role requires leading BESS development, securing permits and land rights, engaging with

Qualifications

• Keen, demonstrated interest in renewable energy.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Advance one or more priority projects to construction-ready status with land rights, permitting, and local agreements.
• Represent Repsol in the field and engage with landowners and communities around project development.
• Create and maintain project control tools and assist in pipeline growth and due diligence.
• Support interconnection, finance, and engineering teams to progress project economics and financing.
