Job summary

Ulteig seeks a Project Manager for utility-scale solar, wind, and BESS engineering projects. You will lead the project from initiation through close-out, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet scope, schedule, and cost.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and exceptional communication to stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree and PM experience are required, with PMP and MS Project skills strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience required; renewable PM exp. preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Project required; P6 preferred.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic project management leadership for large and complex renewable projects.
• Manage overall project scope, schedule and cost.
• Accountable for key project decision making.
• Lead a collaborative project team to meet scope, schedule and cost.
• Lead project meetings and contract negotiation/management.
• Develop, update and manage the project plan; assess risks and mitigation.
• Coordinate communication and status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure resources availability and support project growth.
• Proficient in problem solving and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.
