Job summary

Just in Time GCP is seeking a Consultant, Clinical Compliance & Operational Excellence to help biotech and pharma sponsors build inspection-ready systems with strong regulatory alignment.

You will lead or support engagements focused on GCP compliance, risk assessments, and SOP development, ensuring high-quality client deliverables across life sciences. The role requires cross-functional collaboration and strong communication to drive adoption of compliant, efficient practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 4–6 years in clinical development, clinical operations, or clinical compliance focusing on GCP/quality/inspection readiness.
• Strong understanding of GCP, ICH, Health Authority regulations (FDA/EMA/MHRA).
• Experience conducting compliance assessments, risk evaluations, and inspection readiness reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support consulting engagements on GCP compliance and inspection readiness.
• Conduct reviews, gap analyses, risk assessments, and SOP development.
• Facilitate client workshops and cross-functional meetings to guide projects.
