Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi, a Digital Experience partner, seeks an experienced AEM Technical Architect for remote engagement in the United States. You will own architecture, guide complex AEM-centric projects, and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, high-performing digital experiences.

You will translate requirements into designs, lead technical reviews, and mentor engineers while navigating delivery governance and performance considerations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering or solution architecture experience, aligned with 5B level.
• Experience owning architecture decisions for complex client engagements.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into solution designs and roadmaps.
• Strong client communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical direction for AEM-centric websites and digital experiences.
• Guide end-to-end solution delivery from discovery to deployment and readiness.
• Govern design reviews, risk management, and architectural decision records.
• Provide technical direction to engineering teams on scalable patterns and integrations.
• Collaborate with client leaders and internal teams to align technical decisions with business goals.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to reusable architecture patterns.
