Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a Project Manager, Product Delivery to lead post-contract execution for Ford Energy’s Battery Energy Storage Systems deployments. You will own delivery milestones, coordinate with Sales, Service, Engineering, Finance, and EPC contractors, and ensure alignment with PMO standards across complex BESS projects.

You will act as primary contact for customers and utilities, manage risk, timelines, and budget for high-profile installations, and mentor other project specialists

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Construction or related field or equivalent.
• 10+ years of program management, project delivery, or PMO experience in large-scale energy projects.
• Strong background in post-contract execution, EPC workflows, contract management, and utility-scale deployments.
• Ability to influence and drive consensus across matrixed teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Standardized post-contract delivery processes, playbooks, and stage-gate reviews for BESS projects.
• Track and report KPIs for project health, delivery efficiency, and financial performance.
• Direct accountability for execution, timeline, and commissioning of large BESS installations.
• Conduct risk analyses and coordinate cross-functional interventions to unblock delivery pipelines.
• Interface between Sales, Service, Engineering, Finance and EPC contractors to ensure aligned execution.
• Serve as primary escalation contact for customers, utilities, and senior internal leadership.
