Job summary

Ford Energy in Dearborn, MI is seeking a senior Project Manager, Product Delivery to drive post-contract delivery of Battery Energy Storage Systems and integrated infrastructure. You will lead complex deployments, shape PMO processes, and serve as the primary contact with customers and partners.

The role emphasizes delivering on time, coordinating Sales, Service, Engineering, and Finance, and mentoring peers in a fast-paced energy environment. Hybrid onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, construction management or related field.
• 10+ years of program management, project delivery, or PMO experience on large-scale energy projects.
• Strong post-contract execution, EPC workflows, contract management, and utility deployments.
• Ability to influence across matrixed teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Apply standardized post-contract delivery processes, playbooks, and stage-gate reviews for BESS projects.
• Track KPIs for project health, delivery efficiency, and financial performance across Ford Energy projects.
• Utilize advanced program management tools to ensure consistent execution.
• Direct execution of the largest, most complex, or high-risk utility-scale BESS installations.
• Conduct risk analyses and coordinate cross-functional interventions to unblock delivery.
• Interface between Sales, Service, Engineering, Finance and external EPC contractors.
