Job summary

Ford Energy is seeking a Project Manager, Product Delivery to lead post-contract deployment of Battery Energy Storage Systems and integrated infrastructure. You will be the main contact for transitioning projects from contract signing to commissioning, guiding complex deployments and shaping delivery playbooks.

As a senior individual contributor, you will drive risk analyses, coordinate with Sales, Service, Engineering, Finance, and external EPC partners, and ensure alignment with PMO standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of program management or PMO experience with large-scale energy projects.
• Strong background in post-contract execution and EPC workflows.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-contract delivery processes, playbooks, and stage-gate reviews for BESS projects.
• Track KPIs for project health, delivery efficiency, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Engineering, Finance, and external EPC contractors to ensure aligned execution.
• Serve as primary escalation contact for customers and senior internal leadership during deployment.
• Mentor other project specialists and engineers across the organization.
