Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• PMP certification required.
• Five or more years managing complex projects.
• Strong financial, contract and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Government, tolling, transportation or regulated-industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through delivery and closeout.
• Own client relationships and project communications.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets and project P&L.
• Oversee contracts, vendors and subcontractors.
• Lead engineers, technical specialists and field teams.
• Monitor performance, forecasts, risks and change controls.
• Ensure contractual, quality and regulatory compliance.
