Job summary

South-Town Refrigeration and Mechanical seeks a Project Manager to oversee refrigeration construction projects from planning through commissioning. You will manage budgets, schedules, and supplier relationships, ensuring safe, on-time delivery in the commercial sector.

The role emphasizes coordination with customers, designers, and field teams, requiring strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in mechanical (HVAC/R) project management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bidding and management of mechanical, piping, plumbing, and electrical systems during pre-contract phase.
• Review contract documents, develop execution plans, budgets, and procurement schedules.
• Coordinate between client, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring on-time project delivery and change-order control.
