Job summary

Benchmark Group in Rogers, AR is seeking a Refrigeration Project Manager to lead project teams, coordinate with clients, and monitor budgets, proposals, and bill reviews across multiple projects. You will drive process improvements and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of A/E firm experience, knowledge of ICC Building Code and Accessibility Codes, and hands-on experience with AutoCAD and/or REVIT; project

Qualifications

• Experience leading refrigeration or HVAC projects in an A/E firm is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and project stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

Must have one of the following

• 2-year degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field and 5 years of work experience in an A/E firm
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 3 years of work experience in an A/E firm
• Journeyman or Master's license and 2 years of work experience in an A/E firm
• 7 years of work experience in an A/E field

Must Have All Of The Following

• Understanding of required codes for this position (ICC Building Code, Accessibility Codes)

Preferred

• Project management or supervisory experience
• Prior project experience in Refrigeration
• Applicable work experience using AutoCAD and/or REVIT

Summary

The Refrigeration Project Manager will act as a liaison between management and Staff while maintaining a positive relationship with our Clients. This position is also responsible for establishing and monitoring budgets, proposals, and bill reviews for various projects. The right candidate will also be able to lead and implement process improvement activities to improve team efficiencies as well as interface with Clients on technical items. A strong attention to detail and prior management skills is a plus.
