• Proven leadership across cross-functional teams incl. engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Strong negotiation and budgeting skills; ability to make independent budget decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale refrigeration projects from contract award to commissioning and punch list.
• Serve as primary client contact—owners and general contractors.
• Review contracts to ensure scope compliance.
• Coordinate with trades to maintain quality, budget, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Oversee staffing and procurement to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships for cost-effective materials.
• Handle change orders while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Support engineering teams during design to align milestones.
• Monitor material deliveries and schedules with procurement.
• Identify and manage project risks, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain records and provide regular updates to leadership and clients.
