Job summary

Refrigeration Technology Consortium (RTC), a subsidiary of DC Engineering, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex refrigeration construction and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout. You will coordinate contractors, engineering teams, vendors, and regulators while steering projects to successful, on-time completion.

The ideal candidate has extensive refrigeration installation and construction experience, strong leadership, and exceptional communication skills to serve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/ME/PM or related field.
• 10–15+ years of refrigeration construction or infrastructure project experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction execution for refrigeration and infrastructure projects across all phases.
• Coordinate planning, design, construction, startup, and closeout activities.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address issues.
• Lead kickoff and coordination meetings with contractors and vendors.
• Ensure safety, schedule, budget, and alignment with project specs.
• Support commissioning and project turnover.
• Oversee contractors, subs, vendors, and ensure adherence to milestones.
• Coordinate with clients and engineering teams; translate technical details for stakeholders.
• Manage permitting and compliance with applicable regulations.
