Forsyth Barnes is seeking an experienced Senior Agile IT Project Manager in Cleveland to lead end-to-end software delivery in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall setting. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedules and budgets, and drive process improvements to meet business goals.

You will work closely with Product Owners, engineers, UX designers and QA, shaping delivery strategies and mentoring teams while communicating progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in enterprise software.
• Strong experience delivering with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional technical teams and complex stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and governance skills.
• CSM, PMI-ACP or SAFe certifications would be advantageous.

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Agile IT Project Manager to support a large-scale Manufacturing enterprise technology environment, overseeing software development projects and driving delivery across cross-functional teams.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, product and business, with a strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading end-to-end delivery of software development projects across hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments.
• Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources and risks.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving and project governance skills.
• CSM, PMI-ACP or SAFe certifications would be advantageous.
