Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Sr. Project Management Consultant in the Cupertino area to lead project management for multiple real estate ventures.

You will work directly with clients to define scope, budget, schedules and risks, while guiding multidisciplinary teams from initiation to closeout. The role requires 8–10 years of experience and a strong command of MS Office tools, with an emphasis on delivering on-time outcomes and value for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions with broad business impact.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
• Collaborate with clients to prepare scope of work, budget, milestones, and risk identification.
• Define project delivery resources and conduct complex RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Facilitate charter development and integrated timelines to keep projects on track.
• Ensure on-schedule delivery, resolve issues, and escalate when needed.
• Lead regular project status meetings and guide teams through implementation and completion.
• Apply advanced knowledge to develop new methods for achieving objectives and mentor others.
