Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial real estate projects. You will drive planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver on time and within budget.

The role demands a proven PM track record, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to travel up to 60% in Georgia.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably in commercial real estate.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and rapid decision-making in fast-paced environments.
• Technical understanding of design and construction; knowledge of permitting, closeout, QA.
• Ability to estimate costs, create schedules, produce monthly reports, and present findings.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% within Georgia.
• Presence in Atlanta office 3–4 days/week; full-time 40 hours/week.
