Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 5-8 years related work experience in project management.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications.
• PMP Certification strongly preferred.
• Ability to coach and mentor colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Directs several complex projects and responds quickly to changing issues and priorities involving multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Provides subject matter expertise for project management to project teams.
• Attends project team meetings to provide guidance, mentoring and coaching staff on day-to-day project management methods.
• Mentors adherence to project management standards and practices.
• Facilitates the project team leader discussion to define process for identifying and documenting issues and recommending corrective action.
