Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks a project manager to lead medium to large-scale projects within a healthcare setting. The role supports faculty and research operations, with hybrid work and 20–40 hours per week at Boston-area locations, including 399 Revolution Drive.

You will coordinate credentialing, onboarding, HMS appointments and promotions, visa applications, and develop plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and communicate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Project management experience 2-3 years required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate faculty and post-doc credentialing and onboarding.
• Process faculty Harvard Medical School appointments and promotions.
• Process faculty and post-doc visa applications.
• Develops comprehensive project plans, monitors, and manages projects from initiation through completion
• Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes.
• Manages projects to ensure on-time completion, within specifications, and within budget.
• Communicates regularly on project status with project stakeholders.
• Owns project plans for medium to large-scale projects.
• Provides guidance to project coordinators.
• Identifies potential risks early, analyzes the possible impact, and develops mitigation strategies.
