We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a diverse portfolio of public-sector clients in Sacramento, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional to lead complex capital improvement and modernization projects across a variety of public environments, including K-12 school districts, community colleges, cities, and counties. In this role, you will oversee projects from planning through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, consultants, contractors, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring compliance with applicable public-sector standards and requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, client management, and project delivery experience, with the ability to successfully navigate the unique needs and priorities of a variety of public-sector clients.

The salary range for this full-time role is $127,300.00-$178,233.36 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package. Cumming Group reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, including client requirements.
