Job summary

Muller Inc seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale heavy civil and public infrastructure projects from initiation to closeout. You will oversee multiple active programs, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and contract compliance while driving performance and client relationships.

The role requires extensive experience with public contracts, scheduling tools, and cost control in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of heavy civil construction methods, sequencing, and logistics.
• Proficiency in cost control systems and construction management software.
• Deep understanding of public contracts, specifications, and compliance requirements.
• Experience working on public contracts (3 years).
• Experience with creating/managing schedules (3 years).
• Ability to lead multiple teams and complex projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience with scheduling software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of multiple heavy civil construction projects including roadway, utilities, stormwater, grading, and site development.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract specifications and quality standards.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation efforts.
• Monitor project performance and proactively address risks and challenges.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control processes.
• Ensure accurate billing
• Identify opportunities to improve project profitability.
• Interpret and manage contracts, plans, specifications, and public agency requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, municipalities, and public agencies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat work and future opportunities.
• Participate in progress meetings, presentations, and communications.
• Use PM Software (InEight) to efficiently manage project production and budget
