Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Project Manager to lead and manage educational projects in accordance with DSA (Division of the State Architect) requirements. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams from inception to completion of educational projects.
• Develop project plans covering scope, schedule, and budget management.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet and communicate project requirements effectively.
• Prepare and present proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Review and approve budgets, ensuring financial compliance.
• Utilize Revit and other design software for project development and visualization.
• Ensure compliance with DSA and other regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in educational facilities.
• Proven experience with DSA processes and regulations.
• AIA and NCARB certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and project management software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
