Job Details

Essential Job Functions

• Creation and coordination for sophisticated, efficient, and innovative designs
• Coordinating project development with the project manager and assist with all project efforts, both technical and administrative to ensure successful completion
• Production and coordination of working drawings
• Keeping of document records of the design and construction drawing processes
• Laying groundwork for the successful organization and kick-off for a project
• Coordinating the preparation and delivery of project deliverables, design documents, and bid packages
• Assist in the review, processing and tracking of all RFI’s, Submittals, Shop Drawings and related consultant reviews and responses and jurisdictional permitting
• Monitoring and distributing internal and external project communications as requested
• Meeting deadlines, removing obstacles, and participating in design team meetings
• Coordinating with consultants on each phase of the project and communicate any updates and changes
• Collaborating with architectural and administrative team members within the office
• Knowledge and application of current building, zoning, fire protection and jurisdictional code requirements

Skills Required

• Extensive knowledge and experience with Autodesk Revit
• Excellent written, oral and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to collaborate with others in a deadline driven environment
• Proactive attitude

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited program (or equivalent professional experience)
