Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Permanent Architect Lead to oversee the design and construction of civil and government projects. You will lead the architectural design process from concept through construction, using AutoCAD and Revit to produce detailed work and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Our company is seeking a highly experienced and talented Permanent Architect Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Architect Lead, you will oversee all aspects of the design and construction process of our projects, which include civil construction projects and government buildings. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are executed to the highest standards, adhering to all building codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid NCARB certificate.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.
• Strong presentation skills, capable of effectively presenting and explaining ideas to clients and teams.
• Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
