Job summary

Lincoln Industries is seeking a Project Manager to lead design-for-manufacture analysis and development of components, tooling, and processes. You will integrate parts into Lincoln’s production systems, manage projects, quote support, and drive rapid production transition.

Responsibilities include PPAP submittals, 3D modeling, GD&T, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration with Business Development, Operations, and Quality.

Qualifications

• 4 year engineering degree in Mechanical, Agricultural, or Industrial.
• Preferred: product, process and tooling development with transition to production.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of products and tooling (fixtures and racks).
• Create and interpret drawings using 3D software and GD&T.
• Capture requirements and plan projects to deliver on time and budget.
• Generate PPAP documentation and lead technical problem solving.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing operations.
• Manage supplier and value stream for samples and tooling.
• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple projects.
