Job summary

Lincoln Electric is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic Supply Chain Transformation initiatives across our global manufacturing operations.

This role will partner closely with business and IT leaders to drive enterprise programs focused on SAP-enabled supply chain modernization, master data governance, demand planning, inventory management, production planning, and manufacturing process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of progressive project and program management experience.
• Proven success delivering SAP, supply chain, or ERP transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex supply chain and manufacturing transformation initiatives across global locations.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, budgets, and governance forums.
• Drive risk management, dependencies, issue resolution, and delivery accountability.
• Provide strategic leadership across concurrent projects and enterprise objectives.
• Partner with sponsors, leaders, and tech teams to drive informed decisions.
