Lincoln Industries in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Process Engineer to translate product designs into production, plan projects, and manage technical tasks to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions, develop tooling and processes, create work instructions and testing plans, and ensure manufacturability while meeting customer specifications.

Formación

• Four-year Engineering degree and 0-5 years’ experience in product development, process and tooling development, and transition to production.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage project timelines and lead stakeholder meetings to track progress and costs.
• Complete PPAP submittals and FAIRs for production release.
• Design and develop internal processes and tooling, including gages and fixtures.
• Develop work instructions and testing plans and train production personnel.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including suppliers and customers.
• Possibly interface with hazardous chemicals.
• Perform additional tasks aligned with Lincoln Industries' Beliefs and Drivers.
