Job summary

Panasonic Avionics Corporation seeks a Project Manager III, Product Obsolescence to coordinate a cross-functional team and manage lifecycle obsolescence for products/systems. You will lead ORB meetings, drive process improvements, and mentor staff across ABU (Osaka), Engineering, and Regions.

The role requires a technical 4-year degree (EE/CS), MBA preferred, and extensive experience in product lifecycle management and aerospace. Occasional travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (EE/CS) required.
• MBA preferred with emphasis in marketing, finance or MIS.
• 15 total years of experience in product management lifecycle and aerospace/related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage a cross-functional team for obsolescence lifecycle management.
• Lead obsolescence mitigation projects and ORB facilitation.
• Mentor junior staff and create training materials.
• Drive obsolescence process improvements across functions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while addressing obsolescence issues.
