Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field.
10 years’ experience in program management or similar role in a highly regulated industry.
Proven ability to lead, influence, and mentor technical teams to deliver complex solutions.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate and lead: direct and motivate program teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain.
Set the strategy: define and manage the program plan, scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
Mitigate risk: identify, assess, and mitigate risks to prevent issues.
Champion customer satisfaction: liaison with external stakeholders and report progress, risks, and forecasts.
Drive performance: manage resources to achieve objectives and optimize costs.
Champion continuous improvement: standardize processes and capture lessons learned.
Performs special projects/tasks as assigned.
