Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience (construction or related industry preferred).
• Preferred Hands‑on experience with Procore (administration, workflows, reporting, and project tools).
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large‑scale projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proficiency with project management and productivity tools (Microsoft Office, scheduling software, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Oversee daily project operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, drawings, schedules, and workflows
• Ensure accurate and timely updates, maintain data integrity and compliance
• Conduct regular project meetings, prepare status reports, and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, contractors, vendors, and clients
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality expectations, and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in project processes and team performance
