Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Production Manager to provide technical leadership on Power sector projects. This role sits within our Environmental Services team, supporting utilities, transmission, and battery storage projects in the Mid-Atlantic region.

You will lead plan production, supervise AutoCAD Civil 3D drafting, and coordinate multi-discipline teams to deliver on time and within scope, ensuring regulatory compliance and high quality outputs.

Qualifications

• Must have strong oral and written communication and be customer focused.
• Strong resource planning, results delivery, and staying current with technology.
• Solid knowledge of hydrology, hydraulics, and drainage design.

Responsibilities

• Lead power-sector projects with cross-discipline coordination.
