Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Production Manager to provide technical leadership on Power sector projects. The role sits within the Environmental Services team, supporting utility design, transmission, site development, and environmental compliance across the Mid-Atlantic US.

The successful candidate will oversee plan production, manage budgets, schedules, and teams, and mentor staff while maintaining client relationships and ensuring adherence to project scope and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
Must demonstrate effective resource planning and results delivery.
Strong knowledge of hydrology, hydraulics, and drainage design.
Understanding of federal and state regulations and permitting requirements.
Proven ability to maintain effective client relationships.
Knowledge of RFPs and invitation for bid processes.

Responsibilities

Serve as Task Lead for Power Sector projects and drive consistency across plan production.
Oversee AutoCAD Civil 3D drafting support for plan and document development.
Prepare conceptual and construction plans addressing environmental constraints and permitting needs.
Plan, organize, and manage project deliverables within scope, budget, and schedule.
Create civil utility models for water, sewer, gas, telecom and electrical ducts systems.
