Job summary

MH Mechanical, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager for on-site leadership of plumbing and heating projects in Washington, DC. You will oversee scope, schedule, and budget, coordinating trades to ensure safety and code compliance.

Responsibilities include directing field teams, communicating with clients and inspectors, expediting permits, arranging deliveries, maintaining documentation, and driving process improvements across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in PM including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating trades.
• Expeditor duties: obtaining permits and coordinating inspections.
• Ability to verify work quality and ensure code compliance.
• Logistics management across multiple job sites.
• Experience in plumbing, mechanical, or construction industries with codes knowledge.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in project management software and office tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plumbing and heating projects from planning through completion on-site in Washington, DC.
• Direct field teams and coordinate with clients, vendors, and inspectors.
• Expedite permits and inspections and manage site logistics for deliveries and access.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules for assigned projects.
• Review project performance and recommend process improvements for ongoing work.
