Role Description

The Senior Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Washington, DC, responsible for overseeing plumbing and heating projects from planning through completion. This role manages project scope, schedule, and budget, coordinates materials and equipment, and ensures that work complies with local codes and safety regulations. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating project plans, directing field teams, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and resolving issues that may impact timelines. The Senior Project Manager will oversee expediting of permits and inspections, handle logistics for deliveries and site access, and maintain accurate documentation and reports for all assigned projects. This position also supports continuous improvement by reviewing project performance and recommending process enhancements.
