Job summary

Countrymark Refining and Logistic in Mount Vernon, IN seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead safe, on-time, on-budget delivery of complex pipeline and refinery projects from concept to closeout.

You will manage capital and expense projects, coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction, and ensure compliance with 49 CFR 195, OSHA, PSM, and EPA requirements, while guiding teams and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–10 years oil and gas experience with at least 5 years in project management.
• Proven delivery of large capital projects ($1M–$10M) with oil and gas facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary projects through stage-gate processes from concept to closeout.
• Manage engineering, procurement, and construction progress against schedules and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with 49 CFR 195, OSHA, PSM, EPA and regulatory requirements.
