Job summary

Colonial Pipeline Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Central Projects to lead complex pipeline and industrial projects across multiple functions. You will coordinate governance, schedules, and budgets while guiding teams through execution, testing and turnover to safe startup.

You will mentor engineers, align with safety policies, and report on progress, with travel up to 30%. A bachelor’s degree and PMBOK familiarity are required, PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in oil and gas or related industry for Sr level; 4–6 years for Project Engineer level.
• Experience managing projects valued at $10 million or more.
• Familiarity with PMBOK knowledge areas and project governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of complex projects across multiple functional areas.
• Develop scope, schedule, cost, quality and performance plans and approvals.
• Coordinate integration of controls, automation, instrumentation and SCADA into project scope.
• Oversee construction, testing and turnover of industrial equipment.
• Provide regular status reporting and ensure safety compliance.
