Job summary

CountryMark Cooperative Holding Corp. in Mount Vernon, IN, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery of pipeline and refinery projects from concept through commissioning. You will drive cross-functional team leadership, manage EPC contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in project execution. The role requires strong cost control and risk management capabilities and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10 years oil and gas experience with at least 5 years as Project Manager.
• Proven delivery of large capital projects ($1M–$10M) with oil and gas facilities.
• Strong experience with brownfield construction, tie-ins, turnarounds and outages.
• Knowledgeable of 49 CFR Part 195 terminals, pipelines, and related facilities; PSM/MOC/PHAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary projects through CountryMark’s stage-gate approach through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality expectations and manage outside engineering and construction resources.
• Apply earned value, risk registers and change management discipline.
