If you’ve spent the last several years running ILI programs and anomaly dig projects, this role is specifically built around that experience.
Swoon is partnering with a major U.S. energy company to add a Senior Project Manager to its pipeline integrity organization. This is a newly created position supporting an ongoing integrity program, with the immediate priority being ILI/tool runs and anomaly digs.
The team needs someone who brings both sides of the job: the technical pipeline integrity knowledge to understand what needs to happen in the field, and the formal PM experience to own everything happening around it.
A technical or engineering degree is preferred but not an absolute requirement for someone with extensive directly relevant experience. PMP is a plus, not required.
One important distinction: this is not a general engineering/construction PM role with some pipeline exposure. The team specifically needs someone who already understands ILI programs and anomaly digs. Likewise, a field-heavy integrity background needs to come with real experience managing the budgets, forecasts, documentation and stakeholder side of project delivery.
The role requires four days per week onsite, one consistent remote day and up to 20% travel based on project needs.
