Job summary

Swoon is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead pipeline integrity initiatives, including ILI tool runs and anomaly digs. The role blends field execution with strong PM leadership, budget management, and stakeholder coordination in a high-volume project portfolio.

The position is based in the United States with four days onsite and one remote day per week, and travel up to 20% is expected to support ongoing integrity programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of formal project management experience.
• 2+ years directly managing ILI (In-Line Inspection) tools or smart pig projects.
• 2+ years of anomaly dig experience.
• Strong understanding of pipeline integrity and field execution.
• Experience owning budgets, forecasts, documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent projects, with independence.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline integrity projects from planning through field execution and closeout.
• Manage ILI programs, tool runs/smart pigs and anomaly dig projects.
• Coordinate ROW, permitting, inspections, contractors/vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Own budgets, forecasts, documentation and meetings for project delivery.
