Job summary

Quality Consulting Group, LLC seeks a talented Project Manager to lead complex programs across pharmaceutical, biotech, and manufacturing sectors in Puerto Rico and the USA.

You will plan, execute, and monitor projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment across functions, while delivering on-time, on-budget results. Strong leadership, communication skills, and NPI experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sciences (Chemistry or Biology preferred) or Engineering (Chemical/Industrial/BioTech preferred).
• Change Control and NPI experience is required.
• Leads complex New Product Introduction programs from planning through execution and readiness.
• Develops governance frameworks and ensures alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Provides strategic leadership and mentorship to project teams.
• Manages multiple responsibilities and timelines under pressure.
• Drives organizational alignment for successful program execution.
• Operates in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
• Fluent in business English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.
• Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP, TrackWise, and project mgmt tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project(s): planning, implementation, monitoring, completion, and follow-up.
• Establish and achieve project standards for work quality and quantity.
• Assess issues and develop solutions to meet scientific, productivity, quality and client satisfaction goals.
• Assist in technical, financial, and organizational issues by researching issues and maintaining archives.
• Manage and track project budgets and timelines.
• Negotiate and allocate resources for projects.
• Identify schedule slips and analyze costs and resource impact.
• Direct the evolution and define the role of the project.
• Ensure goals are understood by functional areas and maintain master plan.
• Recommend operational improvements for project teams.
• Provide senior management with project PM support as needed.
• Lead focus area projects within project management.
