QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, LLC is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to oversee multiple projects across pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing. The role focuses on coordinating between project management, planning, teams, and line management in a fast-paced environment serving Puerto Rico and the USA.

The candidate should have 5+ years of relevant experience, strong MS Project skills, and a proven ability to influence across functions while aligning objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related area.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Influences across functions and businesses while balancing objectives.
• Receives assignments with objective-oriented terms; has latitude to reinterpret objectives.
• Project management and Microsoft Project operational / proficient skills.
• 1st shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and liaises between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
• Manages the development and implementation process of products and services involving cross-functional teams.
• Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
• Leads cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for new product development and lifecycle management.
