Job summary

Inizio Evoke is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive end-to-end pharmaceutical marketing projects remotely, reporting to the Director, Project Management. You will lead projects solo, with occasional support from an Assistant Project Manager, and manage timelines, budgets, and resources with strategic input from cross-functional teams.

This role requires 4+ years of experience, strong vendor management, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical marketing or advertising.
• Bachelor's degree required (BA).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including account services, creative, strategist, database, interactive, and print production.
• Experience working with multiple vendors, managing their timelines and needs.
• Experience using MS Project or SmartSheets.
• Advanced experience with a Project Management financial platform.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Experience leading process improvement efforts.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects solo; may have AP Manager support.
• Lead more complex projects and larger book of business.
• Oversee end-to-end development per business process; ensure quality from start to finish.
• Create project status documents for updates across teams.
• Lead daily and weekly production meetings; maintain PM systems of record.
• Lead process improvement initiatives.
