Job summary

Bora Bora Pharmaceuticals in Baltimore, MD seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead complex development and manufacturing programs. You will guide cross‑functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, and drive tech transfer initiatives to successful completion.

• Forecast and Recognize appropriate Financial Revenue based on agreed upon milestones.

Minimum Education, Experience, Skills

• B.S / B.A. degree in Project Management, Business or a related pharmaceutical sciences field or equivalent experience in regulated industry.
• M.B.A. preferred.
• 5–7+ years of direct experience in contract development or manufacturing specifically in a CDMO environment.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Working knowledge of Aseptic Fill and Finish of Pharmaceutical Drug Products.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project/Smartsheet).

Compensation Range: 130,000-150,000
