AbelsonTaylor Group in Chicago is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for assigned brands, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. You will mentor PMs and APMs and lead cross-functional teams.

The role requires 6+ years in pharma advertising, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with WMJ, Workfront, Excel, and VEEVA, plus excellent client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in advertising/marketing and/or communications.
• 6+ years of agency or client-related pharma experience.
• Experience with project milestones across digital and video and managing multiple jobs.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile projects with unique technology, processes or workflows.
• Supervise associate PMs on routing, approvals and client change docs.
• Manage budgets, timelines and scope; communicate overages to teams.
• Lead status meetings with clients, partner agencies and third parties.
• Utilize PM software (e.g., WMJ, Workfront, Excel) to automate tasks.
• Provide project insights and reporting to clients and senior management.
• Develop and mentor PMs and APMs; support HR-related activities.
