Job summary

Equans is seeking a Senior Project Manager (PFI Hand Back) to join the Central & Southwest business unit on a 24-month fixed-term contract in the UK. The role covers programme oversight for the handback of PFI assets, ensuring projects meet time, cost and quality controls.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, ensure safety metrics, and manage contractual obligations across projects, while fostering a collaborative environment and delivering value to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering handback projects or programmes.
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams across design, construction and commissioning.
• Familiarity with CDM Regulations and Building Safety Act is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hand back programmes of work from surveys to delivery, ensuring time, budget and specification adherence.
• Lead safety culture and ensure Health and Safety metrics are achieved across the delivery unit.
• Communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly and timely.
• Manage a collaborative, high-performance team responsive to stakeholders’ needs.
