Job summary

Rydon Maintenance Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead PFI expiry and handback projects within NHS sites. You will plan, execute, and monitor lifecycle works, ensuring timely handback and compliance.

You will collaborate with operational and technical teams, Trusts, and supply chain partners, maintaining rigorous documentation and reporting to keep projects on schedule. The role requires strong organization, financial acumen, and ability to manage complex estates with multiple

Qualifications

Strong project management experience within facilities management.
Proven experience with NHS PFI contracts and handback activities.
Knowledge of lifecycle and asset management.

Responsibilities

Maintain a comprehensive portfolio tracker for deadlines, notices and actions.
Coordinate evidence from operations, helpdesks, and documentation.
Prepare clear, well-evidenced responses to Trusts and Project Co representatives.
Support handback planning, document control, meetings and progress reporting.
Package works for supply chain partners and coordinate delivery.
Manage works from identification to completion within timescales.
Identify and track rechargeable works for recovery.
Produce concise updates highlighting risks and deadlines.
