Job summary

3dpersonnels is seeking an experienced Project Director to take overall responsibility for a major £150m design-and-build project inside a secure facility. The role covers pre-construction, delivery, commissioning and handover, leading the project business unit from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, complex projects (>£100m)
• Strong PCSA/pre-construction background
• Excellent commercial and contractual acumen
• Proven ability to manage senior client and stakeholder relationships
• Experience coordinating major MEP, process and commissioning interfaces
• Ability to lead a live, security-sensitive delivery environment

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and overall direction for the project.
• Lead PCSA, pre-construction and design-development processes.
• Establish delivery strategy, master programme and logistics plan.
• Manage senior client, stakeholder and operational-team relationships.
• Lead consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Oversee procurement and delivery of major work packages.
• Manage project expenditure, budget and commercial performance.
• Governance, risk, reporting and contract administration.
