Job summary

Oscar Health, a data‑driven health insurer, is seeking a Project Manager – Pharmacy Associate to support program implementation goals, post‑implementation oversight, and ongoing operational improvements across core operations.

You will establish relationships with stakeholders, help manage change, and report to the Director, Pharmacy Programs and Implementation. This remote role is open to Atlanta‑area candidates, with potential future hybrid work depending on the metro area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of commensurate experience.
• 3+ years in PBM, payer, or pharmacy consulting with healthcare data review.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional teams and change management.
• 1+ year working with health insurance regulation/compliance and with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Organize and support daily activities toward program goals.
• Identify opportunities to optimize program objectives.
• Support end-to-end implementations to ensure success.
• Lead certain components of the program.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational excellence.
• Develop meeting materials and track action items.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage program plans and escalate risks.
