Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Project Management or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 6+ years progressive product management experience.
• 1+ years in a leadership role.
• Prior managerial/supervisory experience.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, PM, and planning skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across the organization and with clients.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assembles project plans and drives task completion to meet margins.
• Leads project meetings and communicates with required personnel and vendors.
• Creates and manages project timelines to deliver on time.
• Implements global standard PM processes and methodologies.
• Ensures on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Develops budgets and tracks expenses.
• Directs daily work, identifies resource needs, and conducts quality reviews.
• Tracks milestones and adjusts plans/resources as needed.
• Manages project scope with proper change controls and documentation.
• Coordinates cross-functional communication across the project lifecycle.
• Identifies and leads opportunities for improvement.
• Plans, directs, and mentors team members.
