Job summary

WSP is seeking a Lead Project Manager to join the Salt Lake City, UT office and potentially consider Phoenix, AZ; Helena, MT; or Lakewood, CO. You will deliver project management, engineering leadership, and controls across mining, mineral processing, metals, and heavy industrial projects in North America and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years in project management within mining or industrial sectors.
• Strong communication, budgeting, and safety compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross-functional teams to deliver multiple projects on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead engineering studies, EPCM, Owner’s Engineer delivery models aligning with client goals.
• Drive risk management, interdisciplinary coordination across disciplines.
• Support business development and client relationship management.
