Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Experience as PM in a DOE or Nuclear setting.
• Knowledge of lifecycle cost, schedule, budget, and risk management.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Must pass federal background investigation for DOE Q clearance.
• Health & safety training and screenings are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and direction of engineering, procurement, and construction of multiple complex multi-million-dollar projects.
• Establish and manage diverse project management teams and provide policy direction.
• Control project costs, schedule, scope, and subcontract matrices while adhering to quality, safety objectives.
• Manage staff development, performance reviews, and salary administration.
• Deliver concise, accurate presentations to internal and external customers on project plans and status.
• Mentor less experienced project managers.
